PRIM carried out program management for the Environmental Sanitation Supply Chains Development and Capacity Building to Remote Ethnic Minorities -for-Results to strengthen the implementation of the Government of Vietnam’s National Target Program for Rural Water Supply and Sanitation No 3.

Our impact
The project increased rural hygienic and environmental sanitation coverage in remote ethnic minority communes across 21 mountainous provinces in north-western and central Vietnam by rolling out demand creation and supply chain development initiatives. It also supported these provinces in drafting behavioral change communication and capacity development plans, and a draft capacity development strategy for Regional Health Institutes.
